Chimichurri is a special garlic-y sauce traditionally from Argentina and Uruguay. Typically, you will find chimichurri served with cooked meats and is traditionally made from ingredients such as fresh parsley, garlic, salt, olive oil and vinegar. I absolutely love this sauce and there are so many more uses for it than just meat, it’s delicious on veggies, garlic grilled mushrooms, on yucca (cassava), empanadas and more!
